Yes! Pet approval is determined on a case-by-case basis with the applicable required pet deposit.

The security deposit is a half-month’s rent, and the pet deposit is also a half-month’s rent (if applicable)

 

Studios range from 465 sq. ft.
One bedrooms range from 440 - 515 sq. ft.
Two bedrooms range from 840 sq. ft
 

Parking and additional storage is available on site, please speak to a Leasing Manager for additional information on rates and availability.

BBQs are permitted for designated units and with management’s written consent.

 

Rental payments will be collected online for Tenant convenience.

 

Residents are responsible to set up their own BC Hydro and Tenancy Insurance account.
